Health, Safety, Environment & Welfare (HSE&W) Policy Statement
OmniHub Integrated Solutions is committed to protecting the health, safety, welfare, and environmental integrity of everyone under its operational control — including employees, contractors, PEO-sponsored personnel, service partners, and freelancers.
Our goal is to deliver all activities safely, responsibly, and with full regard for personal well-being and environmental protection. We align our approach with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Saudi legislation, and internationally recognized HSE and welfare standards expected on major projects with organizations such as Aramco, SABIC, and NEOM.
To fulfill these commitments, OmniHub shall:
-
Maintain, implement, and continually improve its HSE&W Management System through clear objectives and measurable targets that prevent injury, ill health, and environmental harm.
-
Promote both physical and mental well-being through proactive welfare measures, awareness programs, and supportive workplace practices.
-
Minimize environmental impact by reducing waste, conserving resources, and preventing pollution.
-
Ensure all workplaces provide adequate welfare facilities, including clean rest areas, potable water, sanitation, medical support, and, where applicable, compliant accommodation.
-
Uphold fair employment practices, ensuring accurate and timely wage payments in accordance with Saudi Labor Law and the Wage Protection System (WPS).
-
Require all suppliers, freelancers, and subcontractors to prequalify based on competence, valid insurance, and verified HSE training before mobilization.
-
Implement site-specific inductions, Permit-to-Work systems, and Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS) for all high-risk operations.
-
Establish and maintain effective emergency response and crisis management procedures to protect people, assets, and the environment.
-
Foster a transparent safety culture that encourages hazard identification, near-miss reporting, and worker participation, with open communication in both Arabic and English.
-
Monitor workforce and supplier performance through audits, inspections, and KPI-based evaluations, applying corrective or disciplinary actions where non-compliance occurs.
Senior management provides the leadership, authority, and resources required to implement and maintain this policy effectively.
All personnel — employees, contractors, service partners, and freelancers — must comply fully with these standards as a condition of their engagement with OmniHub.
This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains adequate, effective, and aligned with OmniHub’s operational objectives and legal obligations.
