OmniHub Integrated Solutions is committed to protecting the health, safety, welfare, and environmental integrity of all persons under its operational control, including employees, contractors, PEO-sponsored personnel, service partners, and freelancers.
Our objective is to conduct all activities safely, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable laws and recognized industry standards commonly required on major projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Our Commitments
To achieve this objective, OmniHub commits to the following:
Management Leadership and Accountability
Establish, implement, and continually improve an HSE&W Management System aligned with the principles of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, supported by clear objectives, defined responsibilities, and adequate resources.
Safe Systems of Work
Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures through:
- Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Permit-to-Work systems for high-risk activities.
- Site-specific inductions and toolbox talks.
Workforce Welfare
Safeguard both physical and mental well-being by providing appropriate welfare facilities, including access to potable water, sanitation, rest areas, and medical support where required.
Competence and Training
Ensure that all personnel are competent for their assigned tasks through verification of qualifications, experience, and relevant HSE training prior to mobilization.
Supplier and Subcontractor Control
Prequalify suppliers, freelancers, and subcontractors based on competence, insurance, and HSE capability. Performance is monitored through audits, inspections, and corrective action where required.
Environmental Protection
Prevent pollution and environmental harm through proper handling of fuels, oils, refrigerants, and waste, in accordance with applicable environmental regulations and OmniHub procedures.
Incident Reporting and Investigation
Require prompt reporting of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. All incidents are investigated to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Stop-Work Authority
Empower all personnel to stop work where there is an imminent risk to health, safety, welfare, or the environment, without fear of reprisal.
Emergency Preparedness
Maintain emergency response and crisis management procedures appropriate to the nature of the activity and site conditions.
Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
Monitor HSE&W performance through inspections, audits, KPIs, and management reviews, using findings to drive continual improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities
Senior Management is accountable for leadership, resources, and enforcement of this policy.
Supervisors and Project Leads are responsible for implementing HSE&W controls on site.
All Personnel are required to comply with this policy and applicable site rules as a condition of engagement.
Implementation and Review
This policy is communicated to all relevant parties and reviewed periodically to ensure continued suitability, effectiveness, and legal compliance.
