Our environmental approach focuses on practical controls, compliance, and continuous improvement within the scope of our activities, including logistics, temporary infrastructure, power generation, cooling systems, production support, and site operations.

Regulatory Compliance
Comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and permit conditions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where relevant, our environmental controls are aligned with the principles of ISO 14001.

Prevent pollution through proper handling, storage, and disposal of fuels, oils, refrigerants, batteries, and other controlled materials associated with our operations.
Energy and Resource Efficiency
Promote efficient use of energy, water, and materials through equipment selection, maintenance practices, and operational planning appropriate to temporary and mobile deployments.
Refrigerant Management
Treat refrigerants as controlled substances by:
- Monitoring usage and recovery.
- Preventing leaks through maintenance and inspection.
- Preferring lower global warming potential (GWP) refrigerants where technically feasible and permitted.
Waste Management
Minimize waste generation and ensure segregation, reuse, recycling, or disposal through licensed contractors in accordance with local regulations.
Supplier and Subcontractor Expectations
Require suppliers, transporters, and subcontractors to comply with applicable environmental requirements and OmniHub’s environmental expectations when operating under our control.
Incident Preparedness and Response
Maintain procedures to respond to environmental incidents such as spills or releases, including reporting, containment, and corrective action.
Training and Awareness
Provide appropriate environmental awareness to employees and site personnel relevant to their roles and responsibilities.

Implementation and Oversight
This policy is communicated to employees, contractors, and relevant partners.
Environmental controls are integrated into operational planning, RAMS, and site procedures where applicable.
Performance and incidents are reviewed by management to ensure effectiveness and improvement.
